Answer:Amaia is right....and if I were you i'd stick to the big cities like Quito, Guayaquil, and Cuenca. Manta might not be to safe right now since the U.S occupies a base there and the Ecuadorian Prez is trying to get rid of us. Answer:If you are saying you have the currency of Ecuador and not $100 USD, you don't have anything of value. Ecuador no longer issues its own currency and they use the US Dollar as official currency. It has been this way for more than 9 years. Back when you could exchange sucres for dollars, it took 25,000 of them to equal a dollar. If you have only $100, you don't even have a penny. You can't buy anything!
